SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE TITLED "INDEPENDENCE – THE GREAT DESTINY OF THE PEOPLE" WAS HELD

On September 20, 2025, a scientific-practical conference titled "Independence – The Great Destiny of the People" was held, organized by the the International Horse Breeding Academy named after Aba Annayev, to mark the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence. Speakers at the conference noted that in the "International Year of Peace and Trust," which falls within the Revival era of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, our beloved Homeland is approaching the 34th anniversary of its state Independence with great development, and its international prestige is constantly rising. They also emphasized that the science and education sector, along with all branches of the national economy, as well as the horse breeding sector, are being thoroughly developed and studied on a scientific basis. The speakers further noted that under the wise leadership of our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, our country, which bases its international relations on its status of Independence and positive Neutrality, is currently reaching new heights of development, and our Homeland Turkmenistan is successfully implementing a policy that prioritizes equal, mutually beneficial, and goodwill diplomatic relations with all countries of the world. The scientific-practical conference continued in two sections. The first section was titled "The Radiance of Independence," where it was particularly emphasized that strengthening effective and friendly cooperation with neighboring countries is one of the priority areas of the foreign policy strategy of Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan, which is aimed at expanding equal and mutually trusting dialogue. The second section was titled "Science and Education are the Key to Development," and speakers in this section highlighted that the science and education system is the foundation for the development of the state and society, and that the science and education system in our country is being developed in accordance with world standards. Participants of the conference expressed deep gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating broad opportunities to live a happy and prosperous life, study, learn, engage in creative work, and have cultural recreation. They congratulated the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our Hero Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who worthily continues the path of his ancestors with great deeds, and all the Turkmen people on the 34th anniversary of our sacred Independence. They wished to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar continued good health and long life, and that all their initiatives for the benefit of the nation and people, which are of universal human significance, be always crowned with success.
