The proclamation of December 12th as the International Day of Neutrality by the United Nations General Assembly, based on the initiative of Turkmenistan, clearly demonstrates the triumph of our nation's peace-loving, humanitarian, and noble principles across the globe. This confirms the increasing success of the high-level efforts undertaken through the endeavors of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar to strengthen peace and tranquility worldwide. The third adoption of the Resolution "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan" at the 61st plenary meeting of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly on March 21st, which is the International Year of Peace and Trust, symbolizes the high appraisal given to our country's Neutrality by the global community.
In connection with this, and with the aim of celebrating the International Day of Neutrality and the 30th anniversary of our Motherland's Permanent Neutrality, developing the creative skills of student youth, and discovering talented and capable young people, the International Horse Breeding Academy named after Aba Annayev announces a competition among the students of the country's higher education institutions for an article titled "Neutrality is the Indestructible Path of the Turkmen."
